Captain Emdad Hossain serves as the Assistant Managing Director of Nathalin Shipping Pte Ltd, a position he has held since January 2014. Captain Emdad brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, underpinned by an impressive educational and professional background in maritime and legal studies.

Captain Emdad holds a Diploma in Law from the University of London, UK, obtained in 2014. He also earned a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Nautical Science from Fleetwood Nautical Campus, Blackpool and The Fylde College, Fleetwood, Lancashire, UK, in 2001. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Studies from Bangladesh Marine Academy, Chittagong.

Captain Emdad further solidified his qualifications with the attainment of the Master (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency from the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, UK, in 2006, showcasing his proficiency and leadership within the maritime industry.

His tenure at Nathalin Shipping Pte Ltd began as the Head of Shipping in June 2012, where his effective leadership led to his promotion to Assistant Managing Director in January 2014.
